BabiSabi was founded with a simple purpose—to dress and enrich the long days and short years of babyhood with handcrafted, playful accessories.
Our Craft
Our launch collection was made by three main craft clusters, in Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka.

The embroidery comes from Mysore, and the artisans there go through a rigorous curriculum to develop confidence in a range of stitches, as they develop their style and consistency.

The income from their craft allows them to exercise more freedom and agency in their families and communities. And the nature of the work is flexible enough that they can make their own hours between tending to their little ones and households.
