Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please include a copy of the original invoice or receipt with your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards.

Downloadable software products.

Some health and personal care items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hola@babisabi.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the placed order.

Items will be delivered within 5-7 business days using ground shipping.

If you need expedited shipping, drop us a note and we'll offer an expedited option.

Items that are personalized will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of the placed order
